I recently used Thistle Taxis to drive me to and from Perth to Edinburgh Airport. The service was excellent! They helped me and my son with our cases at both ends, the car was warm and comfortable and the driver very pleasant. On our return the plane was delayed and at no extra charge, the driver waited patiently for us, again helping us with cases and chatting about our trip. I wouldn't use anyone else now!

As a partner in Thistle Taxis I was horrified to read ths review. This is not typical of the behaviour of any of our drivers. We do not tolerate any of the behaviour that Alice has mentioned in her review and will be speaking to all of our drivers to underline these points without delay. I would appreciate it if Alice would contact us directly so we can discuss this further.

wil not use again the driver was rude and swore and had been smoking in the cab. he was constantly speaking on his mobile to his girlfriend.his name was stephen. disgusting man
